Thursday October 15, reopening of the Coup de Pouce in Clarens,
reserved for beneficiaries living in the Montreux-Clarens region.
We are happy to be able to resume our food distributions on the Clarens site from mid-October.
Every Thursday from 2:00 p.m

NEW PROCEDURES: COVID-19
Due to the current health situation and in order to further improve security for all, food distributions will now take place on
Tuesdays and Fridays from 2 p.m. at L'Étape
Recipients must register in advance to participate in a distribution:

On site at the end of the distribution in which they have just participated

By SMS by sending their card number until 10:00 am on the morning of distribution

New beneficiaries send a photo of their Caritas card (or other identity document) by SMS in order to be registered. They are then automatically registered for the next distribution.
All those registered receive an SMS at 10:00 am on the morning of the distribution, which informs them of the time at which they must arrive at the reception. The beneficiaries must imperatively arrive at the exact time in order to avoid regrouping in front of our premises. In the event of a problem or if the beneficiary has not received an SMS by 10:30 a.m., he can a message to 079 105 33 66 to obtain his time of passage.
